This is really very useful! A simple piece of ingenuity but very useful! Thanks for sharing this one. Actually this is the first time that I have heard about this.

How much free space is there for text? I would need to include information about my gluten intolerance and the gassy effects that will occur...Also that I have a fear of clowns, so if I need to be taken to the hospital, please don't let them place me in the children's ward...

I've been rocking a Wrist ID Elite since Christmas, thanks to my in-laws and Santa Claus. I went with yellow, because one of my greatest athletic inspirations has been Lance Armstrong -- so I invoke a LiveStrong bracelet each day I run.

My only complaint was the buckle, which wore out after just six months and stopped staying attached. I'm guessing daily sweat and post-run rinsing took its toll. However, the Road I.D. krewe was completely understanding and shipped me a new wristband, no questions asked.

I love mine. When I wear it on my right wrist and complement it with my Garmin 305 on the other, I feel like a total bad-ass. Which I am.

My wife and I wear the road ID all the time, when running it goes nicely through the laces kinda like some timing tags do. I dont notice it at all and it seems like the right thing to do. If I got squashed by a truck and they couldn't identify me then my kids would not be able to inherit my mortgage and credit card.

Kidding about the debt part.
